On tap at Hops, Crewe. Pours a hazy golden yellow with minimal white head. The aroma has summer fruits, bananas and a hint of citrus. In the mouth it is slightly sharp but with a deep rounding sweetness. Flavour has bananas, bubblegum, oranges, coriander and apples. Some herbal notes come through later leading to a slightly dry finish. This is quite nice and refreshing – definitely a summer beer.

Hapu, magus, funky, puuviljane, tsitrus, happeline, nats herbaalne lõpus. Ok, kerge limonaadi vaib on siin ka ikka, aga lambicut on ka, seega lambicu limonaad?!

Aroma of wheat, fruits, lemon, orange, sour apples. Flavour is sour and sugary sweet, with the sourness a a bit dominant over the sweetness. A bit on the sweet side, but okay.

Аромат очень питкого ламбика, немного кориандра, есть какие нибудь нотки цитруса, пшеницы немного. Цвет бледно желтый, пенка небольшая, крупные пузыри. Вкус весьма питкий, сена почти нету, есть нотки зерна пшеничного, немного цитрусов и все это смочено в кориандре. Пьется приятно, с легкой кислинкой в конце. Нормас.

Sehr süss, die würzig-sauren Lambic-Aromen werden etwas in den Hintergrund gedrängt. Aber fein.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, brass colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Tart-ish, tangy, wheaty malty aroma, hints of sour-ish wheat. Taste is sweet-and-sour wheaty malty and mildly tangy, notes of wheat, some fruit acid, citric acid, white balsamico. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Very refreshing, interesting tartness - very nice.
