There is no other beer like Timmermans Tradition Blanche Lambicus anywhere in the world because it is the only white lambic beer. By adding spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, a light, fruity beer is created. It is subtly spicy and deliberately made cloudy. Should ideally be drunk from an authentic stoneware pot.

Leicht trübes hell goldenes Bier mit großen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch leicht hefig, bananig, Kräuter. Geschmack nach Gewürzen, Kräuter, süß malzig, leicht hefig.

Hazy pale yellow color with small white head. Aroma is wheat, spicy yeasts,. Taste is sweet fruity, wheat, just alright. A bit spicy. High carbonation.

Pours a hazy golden color, topped with a white head. Soury winey aroma with some sweet notes. Taste is slightly sweet with a bit sourness, winey with grapes. Very nice.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out faded barnyard funk, some leather, and wheaty notes. Flavour is rather sweet, with medium funk, some leather, spicy yeast and residual candied sweetness. Nice blend - it works well together. But doesn't taste like the lambic part of this is authentic.

Bottle from Bourgogne des Flandres, Brugge. Light amber coloured with a thin head. Its herb influence if found in its nose, with a slightly more sweetened taste, although this turns sour for its aftertaste where the lambic style is most noticeable.

Refrigerated 75 cl bottle corked and capped, bottled on May 30, 2012. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is tart malt, light body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is tart, some orange, and malty. Reminicient of a faro.
