We crafted this traditional English beer with 4 different hops from the Savinjska Valley in central Slovenia. The initial caramel flavor is followed by a gentle herbal and flowery aftertaste. This brew honors the tradition of the premium bitter ales with a refreshing smooth taste, light body and low alcohol content. It also has a significantly lower carbonization or CO2 content.

On tap. Pours a hazy fiery amber color, topped with a small creamy off-white head. Malty aroma with some biscuits, cereal, slight roasty feel, a bit of honey in the back and the dominant caramel. Moderate bitterness balanced by biscuity and bready malty notes. Medium body. Nice one. Like it.

Keg at Zlata ladjica pub, Ljubljana. Hazy amber, small head. Caramelly nose. Sweet with medium body and clean, oily mouthfeel. Exceptionally caramelly with notes of butter and ripe fruit. Mid bitter finish. Work needed.
