Hoppy lager Hop Princess was introduced to the world in honor of Hop festival, held in a town close to the microbrewery. In this lager, the traditional domestic hops Celeia, Aurora and Bobek are perfectly connected, which further emphasises the aroma of GGB’s light unfiltered beer. Due to a lower alcohol level, you can drink this delicious beer all day long!

On tap at Pivnica Krigl Slovenske Konjice, Slovenia. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild citrusy nose. Sweetish malty, biscuity, light citrusy and herbal with short bitterish finish. Not so fresh I suppose.

Ljubljana Beer & Burger Festival, October 2017. Shared with lovely Anja! Murky dark golden, small lasting off-white head. Lightly to moderately hoppy, fruity, malty. Moderate bitterness, balanced. Medium body, moderate carbonation, light bitter finish. Not bad, just really light and faint.

Hazy, orange-golden colored, medium white frothy head. Aroma is of malt, some biscuit, bit bread, moderate herbal, earthy and citrus hops. Taste is medium sweet malt, biscuit, grainy, bit bready yeast, medium- herbal and citrus, bit earthy hops, medium- bitterness, dryish finish. Medium- bodied, soft carbonation, bit oily. (can)

On tap, 0.50l @ Bar Cameral. Pours dark golden color with thick creamy white head, good lacing and soft visible carbonation. Aroma is not so pronounced, but mainly fruity, grassy and biscuit notes are present. Tastes fruity, malty, earthy and grassy with very decent bitter finish. Draft @ Pivo & Burger Fest Oct’16, Ljubljana. Dorée, léger trouble, col blanc. Nez un peu tropical fruité, herbacé avec une mauvaise touche de diacetyl donnant un rétro virant sur le beurre. Palais est malté, avec un diacetyl léger mais assez que pour vraiment dénaturer le côté houblonné censé briller ici. Retrouve un fini de plastique et impression de mauvaise fermentation.

Pours a very hazy orange, topped with medium sized white creamy head, fair retention. Unusual citrusy aroma, a bit funky with windw clear notes - must be the home grown hop mix. Not unpleasant, just unusual. Medium hoppy bitterness, a bit citric and bittery aftertaste with some lemon candy feel, likeable taste. Medium body, A bite more IPA than lager feel, but decent.
