Fra fat på Amundsens nov-14: uklar lys gylden med flott skum som varer. Inviterende aroma av søt citrus og blomsterhonning. Smaken har søt citrus i seg hele veien, og det lille streifet av koriander og pepper gjør den meget typeriktig. Slank, deilig lett og forfriskende ettersmak. Mye å glede seg over her.

Big fizzy mediumlasting head. Aroma is strange floral, weeds, flowers, wet grain, yeast, citrus, sap, bark, boiled vegetables, sour grass. Taste is slightly yeasty, flowers, yeast, weeds, wet grain, citrus, sour grass, minerals, heather, sap, bark. Little bitterness, fizzy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, yeast and pepper. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long yeasty, pepper and slightly dry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at Nydalen Bryggeri. A hazy orange colored beer with a small white head. The aroma is fruity, with a touch of tea. Citrus peel and some spiced notes. A faint malty touch and some black pepper as well. Pleasant carbonation, semi dry and with a nice carbonation level. There’s a pleasant bitterness in the flavor, with citrus peel, orange and a peppery touch. A little sweetness too. Lasting finish. A quite nice and tasteful saison. A bit too sweet, but nice. 140503

250ml on tap at Homan Bistro and Bar. Slightly cloudy golden body. Dissipating white head leaving just a ring of lace behind. Dry, spiced fruity nose. Wheat fruity flavours followed by a semi-dry bittersweet ending, lightly spiced. Soft in the mouth. Easy to drink. Fine with the baconburger (Oslo 13.02.2014).

On tap at Oslo ølfestival. Hazy golden with a lasting, white head. Fruity and yeasty aroma with floral notes, malt and hints of spices. Medium sweet with a light sourness and a peppery finish. Nice and very refreshing.
