Draft sample @ Amundsen, Oslo. Dorée, léger voile, col blanc. Arôme au nez vivant sur fine épicé venant de la levure, pointe ester en rétro, et malt pils. Palais est finement épicé, avec une pointe de coriandre qui reste cependant assez marquée. Petite note épicée qui arrive en fin de bouche venant de grain de poivre noir concassés. Fruité fin citronné des houblons, sec finemetn épicé et léger avec un rappel malt pils et pâle. Cool, léger et rafraichissant.

On tap at Amundsen, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral notes, some lemongrass, and floral notes. Flavour brings out notes of lemongrass upfront, with some floral and spicy notes. Pretty prominent on the lemongrass. Solid stuff.

On tap at Amundsen. Pours hazy dark golden with white head. Fruity aroma of lemon and honey. Taste bitter, some sweetness, a little sour; fruity, peppery. Thin bodied and refreshing.

On tap @ Nydalen May 2014. Unclear orange body with a small, lacing off-white head. Nice aroma, fruit, spices, pepper and yeast. Flavor is as aroma, fruity, spicy, pepper and Saison yeast. Balanced and pleasant. Medium body and fine aftertaste. Well made.

Flaske 500ml fra Kjeller 5. Batch 91. Drukket på Rundvannet 28 Des 14. Lys gyldenbrun. Uklar. Høyt luftig skum som varer en stund. Litt lacing. God aroma av krydder & frukt. Smaken banan & epler. Litt syrlig. Bra øl men uvariert. Veldig uklar siste kvelling. Bunnfall igjen i flaska.
