Draught at source: pours black with a beige head. Aroma is light chocolate, toasted malts. Light. Meh taste. Neither sweet nor bitter

4oz draft @ Southern Brew. Brune foncée, col léger beige. Arôme est malté, léger grillé, pointe de café et rétro pâle cara. Palais est malté, cara, grillé bien présent, fini sec avec un aspect poudreux et café. Effervescence en basse-moyenne avec une fine note de chocolat amer sur la fin. Impression de réglisse apparait et le houblonnage demeure léger noble anglais.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a very dark brown ruby with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is roast and coffee. Medium mouth with nice roast, dark fruit, licorice, very good

on tap-tan-black. A-sweet anise-dk malt. T-ashy/sweet anise-dk malt, earthy hops. Occasional.
