It’s low in alcohol but full of flavor. Fresh and sour, with some salty hints too. We added lime, lemon and orange peel along with Citra hops to give this beer its quirky character. Like all our beers, it’s a different take on a familiar formula.

Bottle. Pale blonde, cloudy. Lime and grapefruit in the aroma. Grapefruit and salt in the malty flavor. Soft grassy citric hops, especially notieable in the finish. Moderate sourness. Lovely.

Pour is a light clear golden color. A Smell of citrus and hops. Taste is sour grapefruit and lime with hop palate.

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Unclear yellow coloured, small white head, weak citrus but strong lime in the nose. Grapefruit, lime, light acidity and touch of salt with mild spicy finish. Pleasant but not much gose character here.

Bottle at Brouwerij Lane: pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is fruity, some acid, mineral. Taste is lightly sour, tropical fruit, light saltiness. Easy, but it has a nice flavor.
