750mL bottle, pours a hazy faded greenish yellow with a small white head. Green tea is very prominent on the nose. The green tea is quite bitter for flavour, with none really any of the usual saison characteristics. It is quite boozy, and on the finish, it turns to a green apple tang. Interesting idea to incorporate green tea into a saison. Not a huge fan, but certainly drinkable.

Aroma is typical to Fantôme saisons with some earthy notes and tart citron. Flavour is dry, sour and bitter with lots of citron. Also hints of mandarin or kiwi. Interesting.

Bottle thanks to _angst_! Sampled on September 1, 20121 pt 9.4 fl oz - 75 cl, BBE JAN 2013Hazy nettle green color, big greenish head. Fantastic looks! Spinach, acidic, vegetable scent. Acidic, lactic, apples taste. Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Warming alcohol.

750 ml bottle bought @ Être Gourmet. Pours hazy radiant green with a huge frothy greenish white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of trace on the glass. Smell is tiny sweet, sour, fruity and funky with lemon juice, crackers, grapefruit juice, dry soil, cloves, white pepper, lemon balm, barnyard, green grapes and hints of lacto and brett. Taste is slightly bitter, tiny sour and herbal with lemon juice, dry soil, lemon zest, apricots, lemon zest, lemon balm, dry soil, barnyard, hay, green grapes, soap, plums and hints of cloves and white pepper. Mouthfeel is slightly dry, slightly tart and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sour and tiny tart with crackers, lemon juice, hay, lemon zest, dry soil and plums.

Bottle at Asahiya. Nose of green hard candy with artificial lime. That’s it. Glowing green, cloudy, like matcha. Fine, frothy head. Flavor much better: citrus, grass, a bit of tea, lime, Sprite. Nice balance. Medium bitter finish. Tasty and fun, though more novelty than anything.

Bottle. Hazy, green liquid with medium to big white head. Wtf? Aroma of brett/funk, citrus, earthy hops, wheat and lemon peel. Taste is quite bland and dry with light bitterness and light sour. Some lemony notes. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Cool colour but too bland taste.

Bottled. Hazy golden, small head. Fruity nose with vinegar and green tea. Medium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Some minerals, tea, winegums and salt. Tart finish with slight bitterness.
