As Berliner Ginger Beer, 5%abv. Bottle 0.33l from the brewery. Lightly cloudy, gold to orange colored. AROMA- prominent ginger aroma, touch of malt and caramel on background. FLAVOR- quite sour, ginger... Light to medium bodied.
Quite empty, just ginger flavor. Not really my style.

Trübes goldnes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Ginger, muffig, säuerlich. Geschmack leicht säuerlich, Ginger, fruchtig.

Bottle, abv 4.8%. Cloudy golden with a thin head. Aroma is citrus and Ginger. Flavour is ginger on a dry citrus and al little sweet malt. Finish is dry tangy, good for a hot day or spicy food.

Bottle 750ml.Gusher !!! Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, moderate to light heavy ginger, sweet ginger. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, citrus, ginger, light yeasy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120920]

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy golden colour, mediumsized foamy slightly off-white head. Aroma is ginger and some dishwatery notes. Flavour is dishwatery, mild lactic sourness as well as some ginger. Is this intended sour or some kind of infection in a good way?

Bottle at yespr. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity spicy ginger aroma. Spicy dry ginger flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty ginger finish.

cloudy yellow, almost no head. bitter but still rounded aroma, herbal, kinda refreshing. flavor is citrussy, sourish, herbal, ginger, salty like a berliner weisse.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of ginger, yeast, malt, and hints of brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of ginger, brettanomyces, malt, and yeast, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
