Bottle, 75cl corked. It’s a clear, brown beer topped by a small, dense, light beige head. Malty, roasted aroma with a quite pleasant spice profile. Some coffee. The flavor is roasted and spiced, cloves, ginger and cardamom, as well as with some coffee. Full-bodied with a pleasant carbonation level. Long finish with a pleasant level of spices. A quite pleasant one indeed, blending spices and roasted malts in a nice way. 131122

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours clear ruby with small light tan head. Clear fruity aroma with notes of hops and malt and a flowery touch. Sweet, malty and boozy flavour, with notes of hops and flowery touches. Boozy and herbal aftertaste. Heavy fuel but nice.

Bottle at chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2013 - London. Pours clear, red-brown with a light, white cream head. Semi-ripe fruits on the nose, some bready malts. Medium sweet flavor with further bread and ripe berries. Medium bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Sweet finish, more of the same bread and ripe berries. Nice if a bit one-dimensional.
