750ml bottle, 2006 vintage sampled in 2017. Almost clear deep golden body with the exception of the last pour. A thin film of white head that disappears almost immediately. Aroma is distinct but mild funky farmhouse, earthy, wood, leather, citric fruit. light lemon and mild acidic with cellar notes. Flavor is also pretty distinct farmhouse/funky Brett with citric fruit, wood, lemon acidic and some malt that almost feels sweet. Fine balanced body and long lasting smooth funky, mild acidic aftertaste. Complex, very smooth farmhouse, quite malty for a Lambic and has matured very well in my basement. Not the usually 3F Lambic/Geuze signature, but opens up very elegant as I get through the bottle.

From a 375 ml bottle, vintage 2009, courtesy of Kermis. Thanks, Chris! Pours a cloudy copper with a feint head. Aroma of dank hay and caramel. Flavors of apple and white grapes, with only a hint of lambic funk after 8 years in the bottle. Crisp, slightly acidic finish. Very nice.

375 ml corked bottle, bottled 05/03/2015, shared by Werckmeister, thanks!
Amber orange, clear body, with a small head.
Aroma of wood, funk, overripe fruits, sour apples, unripe pears, some leather.
Tastes quite similar, with some more vinegar.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes sour, but smooth, wooden, subtly sweet, a bit leathery, with pears, apples, some ripe fruits.

Very nice. Really greately balanced, with the sourness not to overpowering. Complex, with lots of fruits, but also some unique leathery notes. Overall Drinks really fresh, great, straight style example.

0,375l bottle at home shared by 3. Bottled 05/03/2015. BB 26/10/2035. golden, clear shiny color, very little small white head. smells funky, some green apples, spices, light wood, light cheese, grassy, light malty notes. very nice smell. medium body, no carbonation, light mouthfeel. tastes grassy, citric, funk, light cheese, light grain notes, hints of green apple, some wood. finishes light to medium sour with notes of grass, citrus and wood notes. good one, but I am not so big on uncarbonated lambic, also lacks a bit complexity for me. a whole (small) bottle would be definitly too much for me.

Poured from a 750 ml, 2006 vintage bottle with a synthetic cork. Aroma is very nice with really great herbal, barnyard funk. Some nice straw notes with herbal grassy character. Light citrus notes and hints of tropical fruit. Really nice funkiness. Pours a very clear, golden orange color with a medium large, pillowy, white head that recedes to a thin film that lingers for a bit. Moderate lacing and no legs. Flavor has a medium light sweetness with moderate acidity with some light citrus and pineapple. Moderate barnyard, herbal funky notes with some earthiness. Flavor has a bit of a young Lindemanns character to it. Mouthfeel so medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really impressive beer. The aroma is almost on par with Blauw and some of the best OGVs, but the flavor lacks some of the herbal, funky complexity that the aroma has. Really stoked that this carbed up.
