375ml bottled 05/03/2015. Deep amber gold colour, just a slight rim of white foam and aroma of fruitiness, citric rind, funk. Taste is sour, lemon, funky & fruity, with some malt, grains and drying tannin. Smooth & tangy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, tart finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle 0.375 l. Cloudy amber-golden color, thin foam. Aroma: hay, old cheese, malt, earth, old barnl. Taste: mild carbonation, oak barrel, soft acidity, malt, cheese. Very nice.

Bottle, enjoyed ten years after bottling. Pours clear golden orange, with a very small rocky head. Aroma is hay, light berries, wooden brett and funky farmhouse. Medium body, with soft to no carbonation. Flavour is sour, acidic fruity notes, wine grapes, floral bretty notes, wooden barrels and funky farmhouse.

750 ml bottle, v2006, at Gueuze tasting 2016, Ulfborg. Light unclear golden color with no head. Yeasty and light malty aroma, funky, barnyard, floral, grassy, fruity, some sweet notes like honey, wood. Sweet and acidic taste like aroma. Light to medium oily body with flat carbonation.
