Bottle, enjoyed ten years after bottling. Pours clear golden orange, with a very small rocky head. Aroma is hay, light berries, wooden brett and funky farmhouse. Medium body, with soft to no carbonation. Flavour is sour, acidic fruity notes, wine grapes, floral bretty notes, wooden barrels and funky farmhouse.

750 ml bottle, v2006, at Gueuze tasting 2016, Ulfborg. Light unclear golden color with no head. Yeasty and light malty aroma, funky, barnyard, floral, grassy, fruity, some sweet notes like honey, wood. Sweet and acidic taste like aroma. Light to medium oily body with flat carbonation.

hazy golden to orange colour, miniml off-white head, which disappears promptly; aroma of wine cellar, dry white wine, lemony notes, some sour green apple, tart, acetone notes, and leather; taste is the same; I would not say that it is not good, but I’m not really impressed...

375ml bottle @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours hazy gold, very thin but persistent ring of head. Aroma is light funk. Taste is quite mellow, oily, low carbonated, almost watery with green apple, funk, sour cooked plums.. lightly sticky mouthfeel but just lacks the crisp tart gueuze element I was expecting.

Bottle (from UJH, Tallinn). Pours amber. Aroma is sour, funky, medicinal, fruits. Flavor is sour, funky, sour grapes, lemon, some wheat, slight sweetness. Finish is sour with some woody bitterness and acidic notes. Carbonation is low. Overall: very good
