dark amber colour, moderate off-white head;aroma of citrussy hops and raisin with significant maltyness;taste of intensive hoppy bitterness with citrussy-grapefruit notes and malty sweetness, which ballances well the beer - excellent ale with long lasting bitter aftertaste

Bottle from Pibar, Lausanne, bottled 30Oct2012, 7 months old
Dark amber color, with generous creamy head. Strong aroma of resiny and fruity hops, a bit soapy and peppery, with a dusty final. Very good caramel flavor, with moderate residual sweetness, and some dust/earthy character; very strong bitterness, resiny, with a nice peppery note; it has a candyish touch.
Bold, very nice.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with huge orangey head. The aroma has notes of flowers, spicy hops, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, flowers, alcohol, malt, phenols, and caramel, leading to dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Tap @ UBF ’13. Red colored, slightly hazy. Head has both big & small bubble, some lacing. Aroma’s: red fruit, resin, caramel. Retronasal it’s resin/citrus, fruit, high alpha acid. Flavor is medium sweet, bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes somewhat dry, rather bitter. A bit strange, maybe not so balanced, but tasty. I like it.

33 cl bottle @ olio, BBE 30.10.2012
Lots and lots of foaming, definitely brewed at De Molen. Aroma is somewhat stale with fruits, resin, nettles and gooseberry bush. Later also some vegetables. Flavour has vegetables, some berries, caramel and resin. Not good, too much vegetables here.

330ml bottle from Beernavigator

Bottled 30 OKT. 2012 - Pours dark reddish orange with a large foamy head. Aroma of floral and herbal hops, hints of fruits and malts. Taste is strongly hoppy with floral and herbal notes, grass and caramely malts. Finish is hoppy and herbal with some maltiness and lots of carbonation. Unbalanced, slightly unpleasant hop profile.

10/III/13 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) or Biernavigatie (webshop, NL) @ home - bottled: 30/X/12 (2013-228)

Clear amber beer, big creamy yellowish head, very stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, canned pineapple with syrup, mango, some other exotic fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very fruity start, piny hops, pretty bitter, resinous, quite some exotic fruits, bit sweet, malty, honey. Aftertaste: some citrus, sweet malts, alcohol, bitter hops, pineapple, mango. I'd classify this as a double IPA... but who am I? A guy who sure does like this beer!
