A hoppy, American-style pale ale made with Yakima Valley’s best hops. Bittered with Chinook, while dry-hopped with the snappy flavor and bite of Cascade hops. For hopheads only!

Sampled on draft at the Pittsburgh location this beer poured a bright orange color with a medium sized creamy orange-white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was faint but sweetish with vague fruits. The flavor was tangy, sweet and vaguely fruity with hints of pine and cracker. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

21st May 2015: BJ’s Laguna Hills outlet. Part of an eight glass flight. Light golden pour with a full white crown of foam on top. Hop front with a malty backbone, I thought the blend of flavours married together well: mild fruitiness and mini citrus feel to the taste. This was the first beer I tried of the eight and a good, basic start to my tasting session. Not too sure where the "For hopheads only!" comes from?

[2/21/15] Draught at BJ’s Mission Valley in San Diego. Clear golden. Aroma is a bit grainy with citric hops. Sweetish flavor with a bit of malt, citric hops and a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied. Easy-drinking.

A rare night out with the wife, and we made our first trip to BJs, with the aid of a $50 birthday gift card, it was nice to get beers and 2 big steaks and only have to pay about $23. Got a flight of 4 beers and this was by far the best. It was pretty good overall, clean, light bodied and nicely hoppy. Here’s the notes I made: Citrusy hops, clean with a fair bit of bitterness. Cracker malts. Golden color. Lingering grapefruit and orange peel at the finish,
