A hoppy, American-style pale ale made with Yakima Valley’s best hops. Bittered with Chinook, while dry-hopped with the snappy flavor and bite of Cascade hops. For hopheads only!

Lots of pine nose. Very astringent mouthfeel. Huge bitterness and pine cone sticky dank. Finish is like chewing on birch bark

5-6 oz mini pils flute draft at the BJs Brewhouse in Coral Springs, Florida. The pour is a light haze golden copper with a smallish white head. The aroma is faint but clean earth hop bitterness. The taste picks up with cereal grain malt, and the earth bitterness, though that is still pretty subdued. Decent balance. The palate is light to medium bodied with a dry finish with lingering bitterness. Clean though somewhat dull pale ale. Best of my sampler tray, for what that’s worth.

On tap at the OKC location. Pours a clear light amber with a tan head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has notes of citrus and light pine with a hint of flora and a bread backbone. Flavor has flavor and citrus upfront with a bit of bitter pine in the finish.

Tap. Pours clear amber with a medium creamy white head that leaves nice lacing. Aroma is faint with notes of pine and caramel. Flavor is the same plus some citrus, lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Offputting light metallic aftertaste. Medium bodied but creamy in the mouth.
