In my opinion, it is a correct one, refreshing nice gold and yellow troubled color, malt, notes of honey, some hop, sweet one, 24.02.2017, drinking it in the flat of Guillaume, Bonne-Espérance, Lausanne, buying it at Boissons Service or produits du terroir Lausanne.

hazy pale yellow colour, moderate sized dense white head; aroma of herbal, grassy, hay, some lemongrass and peachy notes; taste of malty sweetness, some herbal and minimal fruity-jam-like notes; not bad at all

Angenehm cremig-milder Antrunk mit schön stabilem weißem Schaum. Der Hauptteil dieses hellgelb-trüben Bieres gestaltet sich angenehm mild-weich, schön cremig, hefig-mild, leicht bananig. Zum Nachgeschmack hin wird es ein ganz Bisschen trocken, aber nicht sonderlich stören, sondern gut abgestimmt

Dieses französische BIer aus der Schweiz hat mir 2014 sehr gut geschmeckt. Es war nicht zu stark, aber auch nicht fade und hatte schöne Gewürznoten nach Koriander, Kümmel und Bisquit. Ein exquisites Stück frankoschweizer Bierkultur.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a huge white head. Aroma is yeasty and light spiced. Light malty and yeasty, light citrusy. Lingering fruity and yeasty into a mild citrusy finish.
