Nearly black beer, thick light beige head. Smells of a mix of toasty malt and frest, zesty hops. Taste is interesting. Toffee, malt, chocllate, dried fruit, aniseed but there's a bit of a fruity, hoppiness to it as well, a little pine in there too which lingers into the flavour. Looking at what I've just written I don't feel like this sounds like it should work but it really does.

Rating #9000 by the looks of it. I dedicate this one to all the BrewDog haters out there. Bottle from BottleDog in Londinium. It pours pretty much opaque black with a thick, dense tan head. The nose is bitter-sweet, intoxicating almost, vanilla fudge, Caramac, caramelised nuts chocolate, rich roast roast, coffee and wood. The taste is pretty bitter upfront, toasty oak, charred wood, piney varnish, citrus rind, rich roasted malts, earthy, coffee, peppercorns, warming alcohol, chocolate and vanilla a lingering bitter-dry finish. Medium - full body and moderate, foamy carbonation. I rather like the bitter-sweet balance, which makes this beer way more drinkable than it oughta be. Nice work.

330ml bottle from Brewdog online store. Dark brown colour, beige foam head and aroma of chocolate, woody, oak & vanilla. Taste is toasted malt, molasses, chocolate, oaky, some vanilla and boozy notes. Fairly smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, roasty earthy bitter finish. Very drinkable.

330ml from the Brewdog online shop. Pours dark brown with a thick tan head. Aromas of vanilla, oak, chocolate milk. Taste is bitter, more chocolate, slightly thin finish for the strength, expected it to be a bit richer. Still nice though.
