Bottle in Lanzarote picked up from the brewery. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is earthy wheaty grains, lemon meringue , creamy, lime. Flavour is composed of crisp lemon rind, loose wheat grains, light tart key lime, tart and zesty, straw. Palate is light, thin, light tart, grainy, moderate fine carbonation. Solid. Refreshing affair.

Hazy, pale yellow color and a nice white head. Nose of tropical fruots. Taste is tart, less fruity than the nose and crisp, finish.light, but good balanced body.

Slightly hazy pale golden, small fizzy white head, fully diminishing. Aroma sweet malt, pear, lemon, pineapple, light lemon grass. Flavor medium sweet and light sour, grainy, lemon, light salty notes. Light body, watery texture, active carbonation, dry sweet and sour aftertaste, light chalky notes, well-made classic berliner weisse, great thirst quencher, nice one.

04-01-18 // 330ml bottle shared. Bottle thanks to a friend! Pours a slightly unfiltered bright yellow golden beer with a small White head. Very classical Berliner Weisse with a dry grainy profiel a well balanced dry tart acidity. Medium to higher carbonation.Good.
