Thuis uit een flesje, gekregen van Huub, waarvoor dank! Troebel gouden kleur, weinig schuim. Veel gist in het aroma, zachte licht zoete smaak, klein bittertje in de nasmaak. Aardig blond bier.

First tasting 191029. Colour is murky medium amber, small frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma sweet malt, yeast, grain, caramel, lactose. Flavour medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grainy, yeast, rye, caramel, light spicy notes. Short sweetbitter finish, light malty notes. Simple blonde ale but well-made and easy to drink.
Retasted 200229 (bbd 02/2020), swing-top bottle 50cl. @home poured into a shaker. Clear pale golden, good frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma sweet malt, lemon, grain, light caramel. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, rye, lemon, light spicy notes, caramellish undertone. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweet and light bitter aftertaste, refreshing, a tad too sweet imo. Seems as two different beers
