Refrigerated 375 ml clear bottle from FlandersNed to a glass. Translucent dark red. Aroma is honey & cherry and medium/thick body. Taste is oak, sweet honey, some cherry, some herbal, and hints of alcohol.

Bottle courtesy of Randall. Pours clear dark blackish red leaving plenty of legs on the glass with a swirl. Heavy sweet cherry nose with caramel, honey & light grilled banana. Sweet & fruity taste. Round, oily & tart mouthfeel. Smooth & tasty! Nice balance between caramel burn & cherry fruitiness.

Poured up via bottle where it exhibits a clear brown purple body that tosses up some nice legs. The aroma just pulses with ripe fresh organic cherries blended with caramel and honey and then a bit of honeycomb. Wow. The taste delivers smooth honey sweetened cherry rich nectar yum flowing into a thin velvety sweet honey and then some sweet kettle caramelization. I get a dash of chocolate now and then too. I love the slivers of sweet almost candy like caramel in there too as it wraps thinly around the rich deep near intense reduced cherry essence. Wow. Rich, sweet, deep, rewarding. LOVE IT! So glad I grabbed a bottle to go.
