Pours a slightly hazy orange color, topped with a medium small white head. Soury nose, quite intense, white wine with some fruity notes. Tart feeling. Soury body, though not sharp with some bitterness present - doesn’t really offer much taste. Light body.

Bottle courtesy of Euro Summer Santa. Pours fairly clear golden with a frothy offwhite head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity with crackers, raspberries, hay, dry soil, lemon zest and hints of cardboard. Taste is tiny sour, tiny bitter, tiny malty and slightly fruity. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tiny tart, tiny astringent and light bodied. Finish is tiny sour and tiny bitter with crackers, cereal, raspberries, hay, dry soil and lemon zest. Fairly clean and saison-esque. Goes down easy enough. --- Beer merged from original tick of Idæus on 12 Feb 2016 at 20:08 - Score: 6. Original review text: Fairly clean and saison-esque. Goes down easy enough.

Bottled, thanks fombe89! Cloudy pale amber, mid sized head. Mild aroma of tart raspberries. Fairly light body with spritzy mouthfeel and distinct tartness. Tart raspberries with notes of vanilla. Elegant and refreshing with low bitterness. Unusually relaxed and harmonious fruit ale.
