Draught @ Ölrepubliken. Pours very hazy vibrant reddish blue with a small frothy and creamy bluish pinkish white head that leaves some sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity with crackers, lemon juice, bilberries, yoghurt, hay, leather, lemon zest and hints of barnyard. Taste is tiny sweet, sour, heavy fruity and tiny funky. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly dry, tart and medium bodied. Finish is very tiny sweet and sour with crackers, lemon juice, bilberries, yoghurt, hay, minerals, lemon zest and hints of barnyard. Sublime clean bilberry sour with suiting lingering berry sweetness. Brett is there but barely. Lacto profile is divine.
