Draught at Ölstugan Tullen Kville, June 4, 2015.Clear copper color, white head. Fruity, bitter, butterscotch taste. Butterscotch aftertaste. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Butterscotch, light fruity scent.

Draught @ The Rover. Pours clear Amber with a big frothy goldenish offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sparse sticky lacing on the glass. Smell is slightly malts, slightly buttery and tiny fruity with bread, caramel, butterscotch, moist grass, pine needles and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, bitter, slightly malty, tiny grassy and tiny fruity. Mouthfeel is soft, creamy, round, astringent and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and bitter with caramel, butterscotch, grapefruit juice, mango, moist grass, pine needles, iron and lemon zest. Thinking of it like some kind of buttery ESB kinda works but as far from what I want from an IPA as possible. --- Beer merged from original tick of Mash IPA on 02 Jun 2015 at 18:11 - Score: 6
