Taste comprises tarte gooseberry, lemon rind, woody notes, sour grapes, funk, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light puckerings. Decent.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity woody funky sour aroma. Fruity sour tart woody weak funky flavor. Has a fruity sour tart woody finish.

Draught @ BrewDog Bar. Pours hazy golden with a rather small frothy offwhite head that doesn’t leaves some spotty sticky trace in the glass while dissipating. Smell is sour and funky with crackers, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, gooseberries, grapes, sour milk, hay, dry soil, slightly rotten apples and lemon zest. Taste is sour and slightly funky with crackers, lemon juice, sour milk, grapes, hay, dry soil, barnyard, moist wood and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is soft, tiny flat, dry, tiny tart and light bodied. Finish is slightly sour with crackers, lemon juice, yoghurt, gooseberries, grapes, hay, dry soil, moist wood, barnyard and lemon zest. Light tart pleasant saison.
