Bilberry Saison with Brett

Pretty thin, not sensing any brett. But it is a decent blueberry taste to it with some citrus and hay.

Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2014. Pours hazy reddish bluish purple with a small creamy bluish white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and tiny funky with crackers, bilberries, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is fruity and tiny funky with crackers, bilberries, hay, dry oil, barnyard and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tiny tart, tiny watery, tiny astringent and light bodied. Finish is fruity and tiny funky with crackers, bilberries, hay, dry soil, barnyard, lemon zest and hints of rubber. Nicely refreshing fruited saison with an elegant subtle brett presence. More please…
