Smell is subtle, tiny estery and tiny phenolic with crackers, pineapple, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, lime zest and lemon zest. Taste is fruity, estery and tiny phenolic with crackers, banana bread, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, melon, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, lime leaves and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly dry and light to medium bodied. finish is fruity, slightly estery and tiny phenolic with crackers, unripe banana, grapefruit, pineapple, hy, dry soil and lemon zest. Rather pleasant but a bit too heavy on the banana esters.
