Draught @ The Rover. Pours tiny hazy golden with a big frothy goldenish white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of sticky soapy lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is fruity and floral with crackers, biscuits, grapefruit juice, star fruit, passionfruit, pineapple juice, unripe mango, orange zest, lemon zest, freshly cut grass, pine needles, gooseberries, white grape skins, black currant leaves and hints of minerals. Taste is bitter with crackers, grapefruit juice, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals, star fruit, passionfruit, grape skins, orange peal, lemon peal, unripe pineapple and mango. Mouthfeel is dry, slightly astringent, tiny crisp and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter and fruity with crackers, grapefruit rinds, black currant leaves, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals, orange zest, lemon zest, unripe mango, star fruit and unripe pineapple.
