Bottle bought @ Systembolaget. Pours golden with some particles with a very small fizzy sparkling white head that quickly dissipates without leaving any trace on the glass. Smell is musty apples, pie crust, dry soil, leather and hints of apple jam and apple pie. Taste is tiny fruity sweet and slightly sour with ripe smashed apples, hay, moist leaves, soil, moist wood, leather, apple sauce and hints of barnyard. Mouthfeel is dry, soft, sparkling, tiny tannic astringent and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sour and fruity with ripe apples, hay, leather, soil and moist wood. Simple but very very drinkable...

Corked bottle, from Le Tonneau Verre, Yverdon
Deep blond color; almost no head; fine perlage. The aroma is woody, with some plastic, and very light apples. As expected, it’s dry, but also quite weak; there is a light astringent apples flavor; the final is a bit acidic, citrusy, and moderately astringent. Not bad, but not very complex.
