Draught. Hazy ambery brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is caramel, some fruity, floral and mild resiny tones. Flavour is resin, rye, some alcohol sweetness along with fruitiness and some herbs too. Nice lingering bitterness in the finish.

Trevlig råg-IPA.

Draught at Söder om Småland, Malmö
Very dark amber color , chestnut, with compact head. Aroma of dry whole hop, sweaty, caramel. Rather heavy body, and heavy rustic flavor from the rye, dark caramel, a bit dusty, with strong bitterness ; not really fruity hops, but some hop resins though.
Too unrefined and dirty.

Draught @ Ölstugan Tullen Lejonet. Pours very hazy yellowish brown with a frothy brownish beige head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is fruity, herbal and floral with rye bread, pine needles, freshly cut grass, lemon balm, black pepper corns, dry wood, grapefruit juice, mango, papaya, black currant leaves, lemon zest and hints of caramel. Taste is bitter and herbal with crisp-bread, grapefruit juice, resinous wood, pine needles, cereal, celery, burnt toast, rye bread, unripe tropical fruits, lemon zest, orange peal and hints of green peas and mint. Mouthfeel is soft, astringent, tiny oily bitter and medium bodied. Finish is bitter with crisp-bread, grapefruit rinds, rye bread, lemon zest, burnt toast, cereal, pine needles, resinous wood and freshly cut grass. Slightly unclean, feels like a pretty good but still unbalanced and unclean home brew.
