SNIPA Bryggkurs IPA is the first brewing course beer made by All In Brewing. This beer has been made by All In Brewing together with a bunch of happy home brewers that wanted to learn more about brewing IPAs. The beer was made on two Braumeister home brewing systems at Beerbliotek but the beer is not a collaboration brew since Beerbliotek did not participate in the brewing, however they were kind enough to let us brew this beer in their brewery!

SNIPA Bryggkurs IPA is a west coast style IPA dry hopped with huge amounts of Citra and Amarillo hops. Only one 30 liters keg of this beer was produced and the beer was released on September 15th 2013.

Draught @ SNIPA Day on Bishops Arms Park Avenue. Pours very hazy pale golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is very fruity and tiny herbal with crackers, peaches, passionfruit, gooseberries, pink grapefruit juice, freshly cut grass, pine needles, papaya, mango, lemon balm, dried flowers and hints of oily garlic and leek. Taste is bitter, fruity and herbal with crackers, freshly cut grass, pine needles, grapefruit juice, peaches, passionfruit, leek, mango, papaya, lemon balm, dill, soil, grapefruit rinds, lemon zest, black currant leaves and subtle hints of metal. Mouthfeel is dry, soft, tiny round, astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter an herbal with crackers, unripe tropical fruits, freshly cut grass, lemon balm, gooseberries, leek, black currant leaves and hints of resinous wood and metal. It’s very very tasty but there are some leek, garlic and metal elements that takes it away from the top IPAs.
