Bottle no. 5630.
Best by date of 09/2017.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a glossy burnt yellow to orange color with a thick foamy white rocky head almost tipping over the glass. Semi-thick glossy foamy lacing appears as the head dissipated.
The smell started off with floral sweet to dead grassy malt and running into some light spice (coriander?, maybe)
The flavor produces a flaked oaty/grainy sweetness over the grassy sweet malt. Coriander somewhat comes back underneath. Grassy malt-like aftertaste. Quick finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a semi-sticky sort of feel to it.
Overall, tripel? Hmmmm...could lean closer to a saison actually, not sure if I would have again.

Hazy dirty blonde colour. Aroma has a strong herbaceous accent, light sweet and slightly caramelly malts. The bitterness is barely enough.

0.75l bottle #3470 shared at local tasting. This one is super orange murky in the glass. Having the last part of the bottle, but still.. A nice little quite hefty lacing white head is placed on the top. On the nose I get a fair amount of sharp green apples, white candied sugar, celery, clementine zest and yeast. In a strange way I like this somewhat untypical aroma. Quite high on the carbonation and a mild oily texture in the mouth. All the flavors are quite combined and melted together. Yeasty, more green apples. The bitterness from the zest combined with a mild but definitely present alcohol zing. Soft soapy tail. Not horrible, really round and integrated. Actually quite good. 30.03.2015

750ml bottle at Jamey’s. Pours a clody blonde with a white head. Aroma and taste are sweet, with some peache and apple notes. Sweet, slightly hoppy aftertaste. Very good.

Hazy golden colour, minimal off-white head; aroma of raspberry, lemony and cheesy notes, some earth, floral notes and grains; taste is the same with candy sugar overripe fruits and sourish notes; excellent tripel
