Bottle at ’t Brugs Beertje. Pours hazy brown gold with a white head. Aroma of ripe, light fruits. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is somewhat tinny, but mainly caramel and hop/spice. It’s well worth drinking. No sugar; nicely clean and bitter.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a bit of sediment floating around under a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of yeast as well as lighter notes of lacto bacteria and coriander. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, peaches, and spices, especially coriander, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Draught at Zythos Beer Festival, March 7th and 8th 09 Pours light amber with a white head. Nicely bitter in the mouth and with a good level of tanginess but this is kept in line by some soft sweet maltiness. This is a good all round package and on occasion I got a refreshing saison like touch coming through. Really enjoyable and so pleased that I picked up a couple from the shop. A7 A4 F8 P4 OV15 3.8

Bottle: Poured an orange brown with an off white head. The aroma is cereal and spice. The taste is confusing with spices and a piney hop finish. This had warming and refreshing feel to it.
