The name and also the label were created by artist Rik Vermeersch, Luc’s nephew. The ‘irresistible’ spicy lady refers to a light blond/amber coloured beer of 6.5 volume with a nice white foam. The nose is malty with fruity hints that change after a while into slightly bitter. EBC 13.

Fully hazy amber-orange beer with mossy shine; good, stable yellowish head. Lactic nose, grainy & wheat. Quite sharp-fiery taste with caramel, cookies (Petit Lu), and drying grass, even a slight oxydation. Slightly burning, very carbonated MF, medium bodied, and again - I seem to get wheat slickness, even when it is officialy not a witbier. Certainly not bad for a first brew of a beginning brewery. It shows character, and that is getting rare...
