Stillwater IPA? WTF, right? Well truth be told we love a good IPA just as much as the next guy and besides, whats more contemporary then a American IPA? The lean base of Pilsner malt with the lightest touch of caramel support this high definition blend of 5 different hops gathered from all over the world. Bright citrus, stone fruit, pine, earth, dank, and crisp.

Bottle at Leuven innovation festival. Clear golden with white head. Lots of aromatic hops up front with tropical fruits and citrus peel, light Thai herbs, dry malts. Quite dank again, this is the day of dank IPAβs. Light sweetness with over medium bitterness. Medium bodied with crisp feel. Nice one.

CBC Yellow Session. Keg. Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry with modest fine carbonation. Nice sweet floralness, trace of vanilla. Light citrus. Light dry finish. Nice enough of not obviously very IPA.

Bottle from Corti Brothers. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma of fruit and earth. Med body. Flavor is a bit dank, fruity, earthy, and citrus. Itβs towards dry, definitely bitter, and rather pleasant, hop-wise. Not a lot of malt. Good stuff.
