A farmhouse style red ale brewed with aromatic speciality malt and rye for a spicy complexity. Secondary fermentation on red currents and sour cherries brings sweet fruity aromas. Yeast character of subtle clove and earthy funk.

In October 2014 half of the batch was released fresh and half was poured into French oak Red Burgundy barrels where we pitched the wild yeast strain Brettanomyces Lambicus. It was then tucked up and left to sleep. The barrel aged version will be released as a seperate beer.

A three-way collaboration between Beavertown, Mikkeller and Arizona Wilderness. Aged in Grand Marnier barrels.
