First rating33 cl bottle at restaurant Aifur, in Gamla Stan, Stockholm. Sampled on November 14, 2012Partly Swedish label, states "Medovarus Vintermjöd" on it.Two dates printed on "11.16.12" and "11.07.13".Clear golden color, no head. Though at this restaurant served in ceramic mugs, so had to try and check color when they poured it for me. Spicy, sweet, Christmas like taste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Some honey and some herbs scent, also spices. Sweet, soda/pop, sugary, honey, spicy taste. Sweet, soda/pop aftertaste. Bottled@SBWF2012. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is spices, honey, mild nectar and quite spicy notes as well. Flavour is similar with some quite big peppery notes in the finish. Original review text: Bottled. Golden colour with no hea. Aroma is floral, honeyish and some herbal tones. Flavour is peppery, some honey, mild floral tones with some earthy elements too.

Bottled at SBWF. Clear deep golden. Aroma of pizza spices. Very sweet with light-medium body. Apply oregano and ginger. Original review text: Bottled at SBWF (as Medovarus Vintermjöd). Clear golden, n head. Floral nose with some bitter herbs. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded, somewhat oily mouthfeel. Peppery finish with wormwood bitterness.

Bottled. A golden mead with no head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of honey, while the flavor is sweet with notes both of honey, apples, and cinnamon. The mouthfeel is sparkling to start off, but end with a slightly sticky feel.
