Pours clear deep golden with a frothy offwhite head that leaves some thick sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty and floral with dark bread, cereal, hay, dried flowers, moist soil, minerals and orange peal. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter, malty, floral and earthy with bread, cereal, hay, moist soil, minerals and lemon peal. Mouthfeel is crisp, sparkling, slightly dry, slightly astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with bread, cereal, hay, moist soil, minerals and lemon peal. Very enjoyable pilsner! [From trade with McTapps] Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, hay and grass. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long grassy and bitter finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Wyglad Piekna spora i wytrzymala piana, kolor zlocisty i czysty. Doskonale wyczuwalne chmiele aromatyczne i goryczkowe Tettnanger zaznacza sie zwlaszcza na dlugiej goryczkowej koncowce, ktora trwa i trwa. Perle jest tu glownie w aromacie. Perfekcyjny Pilsner

Flasche von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Goldgelb, klar. In der Nase würziger Hopfen. Im Antrunk frischer, grasiger Hopfen mit Noten von Zitronenschale und schön trockener Herbe. Dazwischen ganz leichte Fehltöne wie von Tapetenkleister. Gut bitterer, trockener, hopfenaromatischer Abgang. - Nicht besonders stark aber aromatisch gehopftes, knackiges Pils. Erinnerte mich an Spalter Premium Pils und andere fränkische Spitzenpilsener, ohne freilich ganz an diese heranzureichen.

[Thanks to McTapps]. Bottle. Golden colour with a frothy and large white head with good lasting. Aroma is rea cereal and grassy. Flavor has notes of fress grass and hay. Plane final with a mild bitterness.
