Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and and over ripe fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Orangish color with a foamy white head with good duration. Lots of sediments. Aroma has notes of yeast, slightly hoppy with mild maltiness. Flavor is mild bittery with notes of tangerine and yeast. Light bittery final with some flowery notes.

Bottle @ home. Gusher. Foam doesn’t last, hazy/murky amber colour. Smells Belgian yeast, slightly dusty, wood, malts, grassy. Tastes slightly sour, dusty, yeasty, okay. Medium body, quite heavy carbo.

Gushing to huge, puddled yellow head, turning fluffy and slowly collapsing over orange-yellow beer. Hops in abundance, slight sourishness, barnyard odours, wild yeast impression, green herbs. Bitterish, dry continental hops with a sourish lining. Unfortunately, the finish is less than convincing, establishing a streak of rotting vegetation, warming up even peanuts, arachide, fatty acids. Very well-carbonated, only medium bodied, slick. It starts well enough, but ends in near-disaster.

Cloudy dark orange 1 finger cream head. Nose is light and earthy touch of pine. I get a sweet taste followed by a high bitterness of English hops. Finish is a bit strange but the mouthfeel makes this beer very enjoyable.

Shared with + thanks to AdamJackson & tderoeck! Sampled draft @ ‘t Schooltje. Hazy golden, little white head. Nose is awful, urine, lactic, rotting, spoiled yoghurt. Taste is quite bad but not as awful as the smell. Tastes of spoiled yoghurt, yeast, rotting, bad bread,… Med. body. Awful just really with obv. issues.

Keg at Het Oude Schooltje, during the 3rd Zombier Anniversary, 18/10/14. Clear golden with a decent off white head. Nose is spice, citric peel, bitter orange, yeast notes, straw. Taste comprises apricot, bread notes, tangerine, spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Drinkable but lacks hop presence for style so lower end of the IPA spectrum for me.

Bottle @ home. Clear orange color, medium sized white to off-white head. Aroma is sweetish and maybe slightly hoppy. Taste lightly malts, hops, again a little sweet, a bit herbal, a herbal bitterness. Decent body and carbonation. Hmm ok beer.
