Bottle thanks to torrey pours out crisp purple. Nose is big crisp berries nice sweet kick. Taste is more of the nice sweet berries some crisp tartness and barrel.

Bottle received in trade. Thank you troganmi! Pours extremely deep bluish ruby red leaving some beautiful legs on the glass. Smell is extremely fruity and slightly floral with blackberries, raspberries, bilberries, black cherries, floral honey, pollen, leather, rich wood and alcohol. Taste is tiny sweet, sour and heavy fruity. Mouthfeel is dry (after the first sip), tart, tiny oily, tannic astringent, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is sour and heavy fruity with bundles of forest berries, leather and tannins. First sip tricked me giving plenty of sweet honey but as you sip some more it turns extremely dry. Very interesting experience. Decided to decant the mead given previous ratings treating it like I would a red wine. I’m happy I did... Also very happy we served it with some cheese. Amazing match. Bottle @ Steve_0 during my 10k tick fest. Thanks Baron! Pours a deep purple appearance with no head. A massive amount of black raspberries, black cherries, and lots of dark fruit. Thick body. Quite sweet. Tons of honey, raspberry, black berry, and cherry flavors. Some apple and pear. Fucking delicious.

Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours a dark purple with no head. The aroma is strong grape jam, booze, wood. Medium mouthfeel with nice boozy jam, wood, funk with light dryness. Very impressive.
