Sampled from bottle at "Hooghe Noorden Tasting 2025". Opaque dark red color, no head. Aroma and flavor are red fruit, intense, a bit sharp. Boozy also. Okay.

Batch 4 bottle shared at Your Old Droog Cellar Blast. Pours a deep ruby to purple with nice legs. Deep notes of blackcurrant, raspberry and blackberry on the nose. Palate is simlar with loads of blackcurrant and dried honey. Smooth and rich, full-bodied experience on the palate. Just lovely.

Wow! Huge black currant/raisin/plum/concord/red wine/fruit skin/floral. Light-med acid/tannic/drying finish. Full body/sweetness.Min warming
