Nieco jak miod spadziowy, syrop klonowy, nuty drzewne i spory susz wigilijny, figi, miesiste daktyle, slodkie ale takie jakies fajne, nie przeszkadza jego moze i nadmiar, alko w tej oleistej gestwinie doskonale ukryte.

Appearance: 2017 vintage, very nice bottle. Light brown, clear. No head. Aroma: Sweet medium fruits, ripe fruits, pears, honey sweetness. Vinous. Taste: Medium fruits, pears, light brown sugar. Light caramel. Vinous. Very smooth. Info: 16/9-2024, BB: 31/12-2037

Leftovers from tasting at Alex's (thx, man!). Pours a clear brown with no head. Aroma is toffee and alcohol notes. Taste is very sweet with booze and caramel. It's ok.

Growler - Vintage 2012? - Honey and dark molasses with a bit of spiced apple. Copper. Honey and dark sweetness with a hint of acidity and tannins.

Light brown, big sweet toffee notes, rich sugary accents. I really like the deep toffee notes. Good stuff, so rich and decadent, with a touch of acidity late.

2011 vintage, thanks fiulijn, pours a clear caramel amber. Aroma brings out lots of overripe fruits, with plenty of treacle, caramel apple and brown sugar. Flavour is very nutty and treacly, with lots of overripe fruits, caramel, and brown sugar. Thick, heavy palate, without much actual apple or sweetness. Very good.

Bottle, many thanks anstei! Hazy golden color with no head. Aroma is caramelized pears, honey. Taste is pears, sirupy, a touch sugar, honey, tart as well. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Super nicely balanced. Great stuff!

Bottle. Pours hazy orange. Nose is sweet pear, very intense. Palate is straight pear, apricot, Peach, prune, spicy sweet finish. A bit one-sided. But very good.

Golden. Aroma is vanilla cake, caramel, honey. Pears? I’m not sure. Taste is very clean sweet caramel honey, fruity. Some pears maybe. More a mead than a perry. A bit strange sour rotten flavour in the finish which I dont like. Oily smooth.

Bottle, vintage 2013. Pours lightly cloudy golden. Aroma is honey, pear, apple, caramel. Body is medium, suuuper smooth and creamy, sweet and caramelised, pear and honey, prune, still softly sour, very complex but incredibly balanced. Sweet palate, but not overwhelming. Amazing!
