This German-style Wheat Ale is part of their Remix Project and it starts life as Westbrook Brewing’s Gose. To that, Stillwater adds “massive doses” of Citra and Amarillo hops and then ferments the beer with various strains of Brettanomyces yeast.

Bottle. Thanks Will. Nice aroma, pink grapefruit. Taste is good, light citrus, bit of funk, lots of grapefruit again. Easy drinking.

Ramen beer. Sour, salty, fruity & funky. Hugely refreshing with & very nice yellow tropical fruit semi-dirty brett profile. I like!

Bottle shared. Big lemony tart nose with some light smoke and brine along with some juicy citrus notes. Fairly tart on the palate with light citrus and some light yogurt creaminess. Dry and tart finish. Love it. --- Beer merged from original tick of Stillwater Gose Gone Wild on 23 Jan 2016 at 20:01 - Score: 8. Original review text: Wonderful nose. Great assertive tartness.
