Buxton - A true, ancient Spa town, stands where the Limestone and Gritstone bedrocks of the White Peak and Dark Peak meet. Pure, delicious mineral water flows constantly out of the ground. For centuries this water source ensured Buxton's prosperity, and is the inspiration for this beer, bringing English malts, Citra hops and the unsung-hero of beer - water together.

Handpump t King Arthur in Ciampino-Italy. Hazy golden pour, medium white cap. Nose is citric, a bit resinous with some English yeast. Mouth has malty hints and mild citric. Tasty.

330ml bottle. Clear golden pour with a minimal white head. Aroma is hoppy and citrus, pale malt. Taste: citrus fruit, floral, light sweet malt, dry medium bitter finish. Medium body, nice mouthfeel but fizzy carbonation. Easily drinkable and refreshing.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Max. Yellow-golden. Nice fruity and floral hops aroma. Dry flavor with graininess, and bitterish fruity and slightly floral hops. Rather light-bodied. Nice and refreshing.

Draught at Man In the Moon, Stockholm, July 26. Slightly hazy, golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, sweet, exotic fruits, some floral and wooden notes. Taste is bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes dry and bitter with citrus fruits, herbal notes and an earthy touch. Lovely, refreshing.

Bottle. Golden beer with a good head. The aroma is dry and hopped with yeasty notes, and the flavour is much the same with plenty of dryness and hops. Overall a nice golden ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught @ BBB. Pours hazy pale golden with a small frothy white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and slightly grassy with crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, fruity and grassy. Mouthfeel is crisp, slightly dry, slightly astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit juice, unripe tropical fruits, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals and lemon zest. Solid hop profile and very refreshing.
