Draught at Haket, Göteborg, on June 16, 2017.Cloudy yellow color, white head. Sour, unripe fruit, old cheese scent. Intense sour; still some odd sweetness, taste. Metallic and sour aftertaste. Medium and fizzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness.
