Through spontaneous innoculation in our Koelschip, followed by a slow maturation in oak barrels, this beer is a true expression of our home in southwest Michigan. Anachronism stands as a unique representation of time and place, reminding us that nothing is permanent, and that is something we all should embrace and appreciate. Batch 1 was barreled in 2016 and released in 2017.
