Bottle 375 ml thanks to _angst_, sampled on September 16, 2014. Marked 14% ABV.Clear reddish blue color, no head, sporadic thick legs. Alcohol, berry, honey, sweet scent. Vinous, bitter almonds, dry, peel from fruits, honey taste. Lasting honey aftertaste, from heather honey? Tart fruit peel/astringent. Also some peppermint or spearmint aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, to tart and red wine like.

Bottle received as extra in trade. Thank you lionsandbeer! Pours bluish ruby red with no head and prominent legs. Smell is fruity with high quality honey, blueberries, moist soil, moss and alcohol. Taste is slightly sweet, fruity, slightly herbal and tiny spicy with honey, blueberries, moist soil, moss, lemon balm, spearmint, alcohol and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is round, tart, tannic astringent, slightly boozy and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet, slightly sour, fruity, earthy and herbal with honey, blueberries, moist soil, alcohol, spearmint and lemon peal. Quite vinous and tart. Bottle. Pours a clear deep purple with no wheat whatsoever. Aroma has strong blueberry notes that are slightly tart and backed by dry honey notes. Flavor is full of rich slightly tart and dry blueberry with a bit of sweetness from the honey.
