Bottle pour at Haket, pours a clear pale golden. Aroma has rich treacle passionfruit, deep honey nectar, and light floral undertones. Flavour is very rich, with lots of deep honey nectar, passionfruit, and some citric acidity. Lovely honey character and the passionfruit works very well. Excellent.

Plenty of passion fruit & honey. Sweet & sour. Light minerality. Drinks great slightly chilled.
