Bottle at BA Day. Pours a copper gold with no head. The aroma is strong earth, honey, booze. Slick body, earth, herb, beet, honey, boozy, dry finish, very good.

Excellent. Beetroot/dirt/cherry/berries/peach/pear/orange/floral/honey/herbal; lt toffee/vanilla. Sweet/full body. Lt tart/spicy alcohol drying. No cloying. Smooth sipping, increasing warmth/lt booze. Great balance b/w beetroot/honey complexity.
