Bottle at home. Pours clear orange amber, nose is caramel, toffee, sugary, fruity, taste is similar, quite sweet and sugary, juicy fruit.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks troubles. Yellow-golden. Aroma of pumpkin ale, very spicy. Sweetish flavor with some malt, pumpkin ale spiciness, and a fruity note. Medium-bodied. Not really a Tripel.

From a bottle at Haand Ølfestival 2015, shared with Finn. A bright golden body with a decent white head. Malt-fruity aroma. Semi-dry flavours with peach, pears, and apricots. Bittersweet endnotes. Fine bodied with warming alcohol. Pleasant (Drammen 29.05.2015).

Pours hazy amber with white, rapidly disappearing head. Aroma is elderberry. And that’s all. Just elderberry. Quite sweet, though acidity balances it and avoids it being over-the-top. Best thing might be the carbonation, right in its point, which makes the beer have the texture of mousse in the mouth.

Draft @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Pours a dark amber reddish color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel aroma with weak yeasty hints. Sweetish malty spicy dark fruit flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy dark fruit finish.

Lightly hazy amber beer, small white head. Palate is slightly viscous with good fine carbonation. Sweet malts, some cream. Orangey dried fruits, sweetish. Good spice. Light semi dry finish. Decent Tripel.
